Common questions
Where is my progress saved? Everything is stored on your device. There are no accounts, so progress stays with the device it was played on.
I bought a pack but don't see it. Open the app's Puzzle Packs screen and tap "Restore" (or reopen the app). If it still doesn't appear, email us with your order details.
How do I make my own puzzle? Tap "Create" and pick any photo from your device — including Google Drive or OneDrive.
